Church donation box broken into at Uppinangady.

Puttur: Church donation box was stolen at a Church in Uppinangadi.

It has been reported that, the church members of Our Lady, Virgin of the Poor Church, Uppinangadi found the main door of the church opened and later found out that all the closets in the church had been opened and four donation boxes were broken open and cash found in them was  taken away by unknown thieves. The estimated amount of stolen cash has been put at Rs 12,000.

CCTV footage revealed the thieves wearing helmets entering the church premises with lethal arms in hand.
