Cow slaughter, meat seized, 3 arrested

Mangaluru, July 22, 2019: The Poonjalkatte police have arrested three persons for slaughtering a cow and seized 60 kg of meet. The arrested are Abdul Razak, Razik and Riyaz. The trio had stolen the cattle and slaughtered it at Manjal Palke in Kukkala in Belthangady taluk.

Apart from the beef, police have also seized autorickshaw and weapons used for slaughtering. The total value of the seized articles is Rs 1.22 lakh.
