DC visits Pachchanady destitute centre

Mangalore, June 19, 2014:  Deputy Commissioner A B Ibrahim visited the destitute rehabilitation centre in Pachchanady. There are 120 inmates at the centre. He directed the district-level committee members of the centre to arrange for treatment for persons suffering from ailments at district hospitals.

The DC also inspected the preparation of organic manure at the centre. He directed the committee to provide training in preparation of files and covers for the inmates and also study possibilities to employ skilled destitute in government departments.
