Doctors’ meet held by Corporation Bank in Mangalore

Mangalore, June 12, 2012: Corporation Bank held a doctors’ meet recently in Mangalore promoting their ‘Corp Doctor Plus’ scheme recently. The function was convened under by the Executive Director of the bank, Mr Ashwani Kumar.

Mr. Kumar said that the bank’s latest scheme ‘Corp Doctor Plus’ scheme enables the doctors to acquire loans for establishing clinics, hospitals and/or pathology labs , plus, for purchasing electro-medical equipments.

He further added that the only eligibility requirement was to be a registered medical practitioner, or a dentist, or physiotherapist. Even a firm managed by doctors could apply for a loan.

According to a press release by the bank, there were more than 150 doctors present at the function.
