Free CET/NEET coaching class from April 5

Mangaluru, April 3, 2017: Reports state that BIT, Bearys Institute of Technology, under the aegis of Bearys Academy of Learning, will organise a free CET/NEET coaching class for the students hailing from rural areas and underprivileged sections of the society between 9.15 am to 4.30 pm from April 5 to 29. The coaching will also be offered for National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) as well.

Prof Mustafa Basthikodi, head of department of Computer Science engineering and admissions said that this year, already 275 students have registered from Kasargod, Shivamogga, Udupi and Hassan for the coaching. The last date for registration is April 3. Four parallel batches will be held. The meritorious students who wish to pursue their engineering at Bearys Institute of Technology will be given 100% scholarships, he said.

Technical fest  : The BIT will also organise national-level intercollegiate technical fest at BIT campus in Innoli on April 7. The students from various technical colleges will participate in paper presentations and other events. The winners will grab prizes worth Rs 1 lakh.
