Girl alludes parents from airport to marry boy

Mangaluru, Aug 03, 2016: as per reports,  a 23 year old girl, arrived in Mangaluru from Dubai to marry a boy of her parents’ choice, but she apprantly had other plans of her own. It is stated she disappeared from the airport with her boyfriend to marry him later at the Arya Samaj. Her parents, who were waiting at the airport, rushed to Bajpe police station when they could not see her.

The cops said Shruthi’s boyfriend called her parents when they were at the police station and informed that their daughter was at Kollur with him. The parents, who had wanted to file a complaint, later decided against it.


The boy told them that they were getting married and it was with mutual consent.  The girl too confirmed  she was marrying a boy of her own choice and will. Since she is a major, she has the right to choose her life partner. In fact, the boy and girl are said to be related. The parents did not proceed with a complaint. The girlis from Kannur in Kerala, both are employed in Dubai and travelled to Mangaluru on the same flight.
