Heavy rains damage house near Ullal

Mangaluru, Aug 24,2017 : Heavy rains that lashed Ullal area on August 23, Wednesday morning resulted in damage to a house at Minadi in Kinya Gram Panchayat limits. The roof and walls of the house came crashing down. Luckily the five occupants of the house rushed out in the nick of time, thus saving  themselves from a major danger.

The house belonged to Srinivas and Bhagyashree couple. They stayed there with their children Sushant, Nishant and Shubhashree all of whom are now safe.  If one portion of the house has collapsed, the remaining portion has developed cracks

Kinya GP Chief Malini and Vice President Siraj  made arrangements for the shifting of the family to another building until  the house was repaired. The Panchayat has also assured help to the distressed family.
