Mangalore, May 14: India’s first social networking site www.ka19.in was launched at Press Club on May 14, Friday by Walter Nandalike.

In his speech, Walter Nandalike said that statistics reveal that the coastal region stands first in publishing newspapers and news sites. The address of the newly launched website is easy to remember because it is the gateway number of RTO, he said.

Yathiraj Padavinangady, the owner and designer of the new website, said that the new site will contain career and educational guidance for students who have just passed their SSLC and PUC examinations. It will also help businessmen enhance their business. The website has the features of Orkut and Facebook, he said.

Harish B. Karkera, the director of Namma Kudla; advocate Ravi Prasanna; and Dr. Bhaskar were present during the press conference.
