Mangalore, Dec 17, 2013: Prof. (Dr.)  M. Shantharam Shetty, Pro Chancellor of Nitte University and renowned Orthopaedic Surgeon of Mangalore was awarded the Honorary Fellowship of Indian Orthopaedic Association at the recently held National Convention of Orthopaedic Surgeons at Agra.

 

 
This coveted honour  is awarded to two Orthopaedic Surgeons of the country every year for their meritorious work  in the field  of Orthopaedic surgery by the Indian Orthopaedic Association which has a membership of over 9000  Orthopaedic Surgeons from different parts of the country and abroad.
