Mangaluru, Feb 28, 2016: As per an official release, eight polling centres have been set up for the election of State President of Kannada Sahitya Parishat, which will be conducted between 8 am and 4 pm on Feb 28, today.

Two centres each have been set up in Mangaluru, Bantwal and Belthangady taluks and one each in Puttur and Sullia taluks. The centres are at Mangaluru Taluk Office (Mini Vidhana Soudha) and special tahsildar’s office, Mulki for Mangaluru taluk; Bantwal taluk office and Vitla Pattana Panchayat office in Bantwal taluk, Belthangady taluk office and Kokkada Nada Kacheri in Belthangady taluk and taluk offices in Puttur and Sullia.

Voters, who are residents of Mulki, Vitla and Kokkada Hoblis have to exercise their franchise in centres set up in respective Hobli headquarters, the release said.
