Kevin Misquith to lead musical concert on May 30

Mangalore, May 21: Talented songwriter and composer Kevin Misquith will lead Milestone Band in staging a musical concert at Don Bosco Hall on May 30, Sunday. The concert will feature the compositions of Kevin Misquith, who will be accompanied by guest artists Floid Pereira and Joel Milan on the bass guitar and drums, respectively. The event is meant for people of all age groups.

The musical concert will also honor Konkani musical legends such as Alfred Rose, Jerome D’Souza, Chris Perry, Ullas Bhuyav, P. H. Pinto, Lawrence Saldanha, Henry D’Souza, MickMax, and C. Alvares by presenting their most popular numbers and transforming the audience into the golden past of Konkani music.

The Milestone Band had given its first performance in Surathkal Church grounds on Feb 14, attracting a 1000-strong audience.
