Udupi,March 11, 2016 : On Mach 10, speaking after inaugurating a week long intensive training programme for young advocates at the Vaikunta Baliga College of Law . The training programme has been organised by the Karnataka State Bar Council Law Academy, Bengaluru, in collaboration with the Bar Associations of Udupi, Kundapur and Karkala.
Shivashankara B. Amarannavar, Principal District and Sessions Judge, said that advocates had to constantly update their knowledge as many changes were taking place in society, and the field of law too was evolving.
Dayananda K., president of Udupi Bar Association, Renold Praveen Kumar, secretary, and Prakash Kanive, principal of Vaikunta Baliga College of Law, were present.
