MCC health inspector dies of accident injuries

Mangalore , Sep 11, 2012: Santhosh, a health inspector in Mangalore City Corporation (MCC), who was severely injured in a road accident on Sunday, died of his injuries in a city-based hospital on the night of Monday.

The 40-year-old deceased was the son of Asha and Chindananda of Shivanagar in Mullekad.

When he was riding his motorbike in Derebail – Konchandy, his vehicle struck the road median. Since he was dragged for quite a distance, he sustained severe head injuries.

He is survived by wife and 2 children.
