MLA Raghupathi Bhat gets threatening call from unknown person

Udupi, Sep 6, 2012 : MLA Raghupathi Bhat received a threatening phone call on September 5, Wednesday.

According to his complaint lodged with the city police, the MLA said that he was on his way back home near Ambagilu when he got a threatening call from an unknown number 9731951136. The call came in at 4.54 p.m.

Mr. Bhat said that the unknown caller threatened to kill him and also demanded money.

A case has been registered against the unknown caller at the city police station.
