Mangalore, Sep20, 2012 : MLA U. T. Khader escaped minor injuries when he met with a car accident on the afternoon of September 19, Wednesday.

The MLA’s car turned over at Arikkadi near Hanuman Temple. The driver Amlamogaru Rafeeq, a member of the GP, was driving the car when he came across a cow crossing the road. In a bid to avoid hitting the cow, he took a sudden turn and lost control over the car, which turned over.

The duo was returning home after attending a wedding in Kumble. They were immediately taken to Fr. Muller Hospital in Kankanady and given first aid.
