Malaria, Dengue awareness campaign - Mulki Town

Mangalore, Aug 06, 2014:  Under the aegis of Srinivas Hospital, Directorate of Field Publicity, Mulki Town Panchayat, District Health and Family Welfare department, District vector borne disease control office and Mulki community health centres have jointly organised an awareness campaign on Malaria and Dengue at 12 village centres of Mangalore taluk, between August 4 and August 9.

The inauguration ceremony of the campaign will be held at Mulki town panchayat, on August 8, at 3 pm. A Shama Rao Foundation President A Raghavendra Rao will inaugurate the event, while Town panchayat President Meenakshi Bangera will preside over. A Shama Rao Foundation Vice President A Srinivas Rao, District Health and Family Welfare Officer (DHO) Dr H S Shivkumar, District Vector Borne Disease Control Officer Dr Arun Kumar and others will be the guests.
