Man from Talapady ends life after poisoning 2 kids in Mumbai

  Mangalore, Feb 20, 2014 : In a tragic incident, a  person hailing from Talapady  who was employed in a hotel at Mumbai has  reportedly  ended his life after poisoning his two little daughters on February 18, Tuesday night.

The deceased  have been identified as Sridhar Shetty (48),   Shradha Shetty (9) and Sai Daya Shetty (3).   It is learnt, Sridhar chose this drastic step after his wife deserted him to lead a life  with a neighbour with whom she was having an affair. Sources said Sridhar’s wife Sonali deserted him on Valentine ’s Day.

He has reportedly left behind a suicide  note. It has been gathered that Sonali  had an affair with Tejas Anoop Joshi.   Reportedly Sonali had once again met Sridhar on February 16 when she told him that she was deserting him forever.
