Mandd Sobhann Invites Applications from Konkani Troupes

Mangalore, Nov 10: Mandd Sobhann has invited applications from Konkani troupes all over India to present Konkani programmes for its monthly theatre series, Mohnyalli Manchi 2010. 

Troupes are invited to stage dramas, musical shows, or folk shows for a period of 2 hours. Mandd Sobhann will not only pay a remuneration of Rs 13,000, but also the cost of second-class train or bus tickets and free accommodation for troupes outside Karnataka. Mandd Sobhann will also take care of lights, sound, and publicity. 

Interested troupes can apply for the same, including details of the programme they wish to present. The applications must be sent to Kalaangan, Makale, Shaktinagar, Mangalore - 575016 or to mandd_sobhann@yahoo.com on or before November 25.
