Mangalore, June 24, 2012: Mangalore Police Commissioner Seemanth Kumar Singh inaugurated the website http://www.smsindia4blood.com at Hotel Moti Mahal in Mangalore on June 23, Saturday.

RTO C. Mallikarjuna inaugurated the mobile registration service and Udayavani Vice President Anand K. released the jingle composed by BAND-AID, a group of young musicians from Bangalore.

In his address, the police commissioner urged all present to spread the news of this blood donation project. He also expressed his appreciation of Ananth Prabhu and his team, who are behind this project.

Ananthakrishna, chairman of Karnataka Bank Limited; Dr. Ananya Kulal, professor in medicine at Shrinivas Medical College; and Narendra L. Nayak, chairman of Expert Group, were also present.
