Mangalorean lad top in Karnataka in JEE

Mangalore, June 23, 2014:  Sumith,  son of M Babu and Aruna student of  PUC at Sharada Vidyalaya, A Mangalorean boy has made the city proud by topping Karnataka in the JEE -Advanced - 2014

Sumith, prepared at Centre for Advanced Learning (CFAL), Kuntikan, has secured 38th all India rank in the prestigious engineering entrance examination.  He had secured 3rd rank in the Karnataka CET. On securing the top rank, he intends to pursue engineering at IIT Mumbai.

Including Sumith,13 students from CFAL have been assigned ranks in JEE - Advanced and are eligible to take seats at IIT’s or other centrally funded institutes admitting students through JEE-Advanced results, according to a press release from CFAL.
