Mohan Poisons 4 in Kodagu

Puttur, Nov 2: Following Mohan’s confession that he had killed 4 women by poisoning them with cyanide in Kodagu, the Puttur police took him to Kodagu for further investigations. 

A police team led by Chandra Gupta, the assistant superintendent of police, first took Mohan to Madikeri and then to Kushalnagar. 

On January 3, 2008, Mohan had taken Baby Nayak of Bantawal to a lodge in Madikeri, close to the KSRTC bus stand and had poisoned her later. She died on the way to the hospital. 

On January 23, 2009, he killed Sharada of Puttur; and on September 17, 2009, he murdered Vinutha. 

On May 22, he killed Vijayalakshmi of Kumble at the KSRTC bus stand in Kushalnagar. Cauvery of Peraje was killed in a bus stand within the jurisdiction of the Lashkare Police Station in Mysore.

Mohan, however, does not recollect the lodges to which he took the girls.
