Udupi, June 12, 2015 : The Udupi City Municipal Council (CMC) has set up a Special Task Force and a Control Room to take precautionary measures and deal with natural calamities during the monsoon in the city.

According to an official press release, the telephone numbers of the Control Room are: 0820-2593366 and 0820-2520306.   People can contact these telephone numbers during emergencies related to monsoon, said the release.
