NRI Mohan Shetty commits suicide

Mangalore, May 29: 34-year-old Mohan Shetty, who resides in Alike House, Mooduperara Village, committed suicide in his house on May 27, Thursday. 

Shetty, who got married one-and-a-half year back, had just returned from Dubai on May 12. On Thursday, Shetty, who was watching TV, suddenly got up and went out. When he did not return even after a long time, the family began searching for him. They found him lying in the cattle shed. He had consumed insecticide and fallen sick. 

The family rushed him to a government hospital immediately; however, he could not be saved. The Bajpe police have registered a case of unnatural death.
