New AC Dr.Rajendra pays surprise visit to Puttur Govt. Hospital

Puttur, December 14, 2015:  Puttur Revenue sub division Assistant Commissioner Dr.K.V.Rajendra Kumar has given surprise visit to Puttur Government hospital last night.

Dr.Rajendra, 2013 batch IAS officer, assumed charge of Puttur AC on last Friday. Being a doctor it is my duty to look into the functioning of government hospital, he told local media after the surprise visit.

There is shortage of doctors, infrastructure and medical facilities in the hospital, he added. He interacted with the medical officials and heard the list of demands.

He will send a report to the higher officials detailing functioning of government hospital and facilities required, he informed.
