Mangalore Feb 5: ‘No chance will be given to MSEZ for acquisition of yet 2000 acres land’ said Pejavara Mut seer Vishweshwara Theeertha Swamiji, who is thinking to start hungry strike after March 4, if he fails to receive a proper answer from Karnataka Chief Minister B S Yadiyurappa, regarding acquisition of land by the Mangalore Special Economic Zone.
A letter with respect to this has been written to the honourable Chief Minister, he said.
He has already sought Dakshina Kannada MP Nalin Kumar to give one month duration to produce a report regarding the situation in Special Economic Zone, along with this he will put an extra effort to not to seize 2000 acres of land, he said.
He will not agree any programme after March 4. If the Government stand is not clear before this, he will start hungry strike at Permude Temple. I will not ask any one to give support for this. But many of seers agreed for the fasting, he added.
