Positive attitude integral for success, students told

Mangaluru, April 3, 2016 : A  media release states that the first annual convocation of Moodlakatte Institute of Technology, Kundapur (MITK), was held at Moodlakatte near Kundapur on Apr 2, Saturday.

Delivering the convocation address, Ganesh Aithal, Dean (Research) MITE Moodbidri, urged the students to develop a positive attitude.  “Never has anyone achieved success till they liked what they were doing. While you go about making up your valuable life, remember that you need to accomplish something before you demand respect. To accomplish something, you will need to focus on depth first. Take personal risks for your  belief, live with total integrity,” Dr. Aithal said.

Twelve meritorious students were awarded gold and silver medals.

The students who won the medals are : Nanda Kishore and Bhuvaneshwari (Civil Engineering), Chandihini Shetty and Supriya Sadananda Aithal (Computer Science Engineering), Archana M.S. and Savitha Hadimani (Electronics and Communication Engineering), Joythi J.N. and Vinayak Maiyya (Electrical and Electronics Engineering) Vignesh and Niranjan (Mechanical Engineering), Kanchikan Hemanath Manja and Rachana B. (MBA).

Satish S. Amsadi, Principal of MITK, introduced the VIPs. Siddarth J. Shetty, institute chairman, declared the convocation open and conducted the proceedings..
