Prathiksha to represent state in national karate championship

Mangalore, Sep 13, 2012 : Prathiksha N. Amin Hejamadi has qualified for the national karate championship, which is scheduled to be held in December this year.

A X Std. student at Mulky Shri Narayana Guru English Medium School, Prathiksha qualified for the national-level championship after getting the second place in the state-level tournament held in Bangalore. She also secured the first place in the taluk-level tournament held in Kinnigoli.

Prathiksha is the daughter of Nithyananda and Rajeshwari.
