Belthangady, June 15, 2012: The Belthangady branch of Mart, a network marketing company based in Surat, has been promising people that they can make quick bucks. The company has a number of agents who go around convincing people that they can get huge commissions, as a result of which a number of people have left their jobs to work in Mart. 

Mart agents tell people that they can earn in lakhs if they invest only Rs. 6,000. A number of people have been lured by this promise, especially as they can invest an affordable amount to earn in lakhs. 

The public has been repeatedly warned against companies that promise returns in lakhs for affordable investments, in spite of which people fall prey to such companies in large numbers. 

Since Mart has its headquarters in Surat, people will have to go to Surat court if they want to sue the company, owing to which they have to be more careful.
