Udupi., Sep 12, 2016 : As per reports, a private bus conductor who allegedly misbehaved with women was thrashed and has been thrown out of his job.   Vijay from North Karnataka worked as a bus conductor in Udupi. Locals used to notice him talking to girls at Laxmi Nagar near Garadimajalu. On September 5, he lured a girl and took her into bushes nearby. The locals saw his bike parked at a spot for quite long; they got suspicious and went to investigate. They found Vijay and the girl nude and then thrashed him.

It is said that Vijay was caught in similar cases even in the past. He pretended to be in love with a girl student at Kadekar, but deserted her after a physical relationship. There too he was beaten up by locals. He fled Udupi but returned later. However, he returned to old habits and used to touch women inappropriately and also gave them his mobile number. But no action was taken against him as no complaint was registered.

City bus owners and employees though aware of his behaviour, kept quiet as there was no witness. However, this time Vijay was caught and was thrashed by locals. The police warned him and he lost his job; hence he reportedly fled to his hometown.
