Mangaluru, Jan 11, 2016 : Ramakrishna Mission, Mangaluru is all set to organise 32nd National Youth Day on the January 12, tomorrow. On the occasion, a seminar for youth has been organized from 9am to 2pm. U T Khader, minister for health and family welfare will inaugurate the programme. J R Lobo, Mangaluru City South MLA and Ganesh Karnik, MLC and chief whip of the opposition in the state legislative council will also be present on the occasion.
The inaugural session will be followed by interactive sessions by resource persons of international repute. Swami Shuddhidanandaji, Advaita Ashrama, Kolkata will speak on India of Swami Vivekananda’s dream and the role of youth. Vivek Modi, corporate trainer from Hyderabad will be interacting on the theme mindset for Excellence and Raghothama Rao will be addressing the youth on the topic personal excellence.
A special programme is also organized at the ashram on January 13 on the occasion of 153rd birth anniversary celebration of Swami Vivekananda. The programme is based on the theme effective life management and N Vinay Hegde, chancellor; Nitte University will inaugurate it in the presence of Ganesh Karnik and Muvva Chandra Sekhar, Mangaluru City Police Commissioner. Interactive sessions will follow the inaugural.
