Roshan Sequiera bags Yuvakiran award

Mangalore, Feb 1, 2014: Roshan Melky Sequeira famously known as Roshu Bajpe has been chosen for the “Yuvakiran-2013” award of Samanvaya, Mangalore for of his contribution to the cause of konkani language and literature.

 

The award will be conferred on him on February 16  at 3 pm at Mai De Dues Church ground, Puttur, according to a press release.

Roshan Sequeira who hails from Bajpe has a number of innovative articles to his credit along with a few short stories and poems. He has won prizes in Rakanno literary competitions regularly and also in the Sevak competition. Presently, Roshan is employed at MCC Bank, Bajpe.
