Sullia, May 12, 2014:  It has now partially come to light that Jeweller Nanjundayya (45), his wife Jayalakshmi (39) and children Srilakshmi (13) and Pavan (16)  who were found dead at SLR lodge in Subrahmanya on Saturday May 10,  were residents of Rajajinagar, Bangalore. Cyanide was ingested and would have caused instant death.

Financial troubles compelled  Nanjudayya and his family to end their lives.  Nanjundayya had left behind a death note wherein he stated that he and his wife along with the children were taking this extreme step due to financial troubles. The death note also stated that no one was responsible for their deaths.  As  per law the bodies have been sent for post-mortem and the reports are awaited. As the news was flashed in Bangalore a group of  about 15 persons the kith and kin arrived and took possession of the bodies for obsequies at Bangalore.

Police are conducting necessary investigations into the case.
