Six year old lad accidentally killed by fall on saw machine

Bantwal, June 1, 2014: A case registered by Bantwal Town Police,  reports that  6 year old boy Sanketh, from Ninnipadpu in Narikombu village of Bantwal taluk on May 31, lost his life after he accidentally fell on a tree cutting saw machine.

Sanketh (6), son of Suresh Mugera, an artist. Sanketh’s uncle Dejappa was cutting the tree branches for fire wood using the saw machine, close to the house. the lad was playing nearby and happened to fall over the machine and sustained severe injuries to his neck. Though he was rushed to the Bantwal Government Hospital, he succumbed on the way due to excessive loss of blood.
