Mangaluru, March 30, 2025: The Manel Srinivas Nayak Institute of Management (MSNIM) hosted an engaging edition of its MSN Dialogue Series, featuring Aparna Raghunath Shenoy, IT Program Manager and author of Someshwara Tales – Inspiring Stories of Moral Values and Life Lessons for Children and Parents. The event, held at the MSNIM campus, was moderated by the institute’s mentor and former RBI Deputy Governor, Vittaldas Leeladhar.
Addressing students and faculty, Ms. Shenoy emphasized the significance of skills and competencies in the modern professional landscape. “Students should cultivate a strong work ethic and a problem-solving mindset,” she asserted. She shared insights into her educational and career journey, highlighting the importance of having a clear vision while remaining adaptable to change.
Reflecting on her experience as an author, Ms. Shenoy spoke about the inspirations behind Someshwara Tales and the creative process involved in writing the book. She also underscored the role of extracurricular activities in shaping well-rounded individuals and enhancing mental well-being. Encouraging students to develop a reading habit, she noted its benefits in broadening perspectives and deepening knowledge.
The event witnessed active participation from students and faculty, under the leadership of Dr. Molly S. Chaudhuri, Director of MSNIM. Also in attendance were Manel Annappa Nayak, President of the Women’s National Education Society (WNES), and Mrs. Udaya R. Shenoy.
