Belthangady, Nov 7, 2012: Congress MLA Vasanth Bangera has urged the public to not spread false rumors regarding Congress involvement in the rape and murder of Sowjanya through text messages.
Sowjanya (17), a student of SDM College, Ujire, was found raped and murdered near Pangala in Dharmasthala last month.
