Sri Vimalananda Swamiji, of Kollur Nityananda Math - Passes away

Kollur, June 3, 2014: Sri Vimalananda Swamiji, (80), Kollur Nityananda Math, passed away on June 2. He had taken the Deeksha  at the early age of 15.

For the 58 years he has been the source of light and enlightenment to his followers. He used to be the prime disciple of Sri Nityananda Swamiji during his glorious days. Swamiji has left behind thousands of followers across the country. The final rituals will be done according to the traditions on June 3 at the Math premises. Devotees from across the state have arrived at the Mutt and expressed their deep sorrow on the passing on of such a holy person.
