Mangaluru, Feb 17, 2017: A media note received states that the Department of Food Science and Technology of St. Aloysius College will organise an inter-collegiate event-cum-food festival, Khadya Sangam, in the college, today Feb 17, Friday.
The festival will feature various competitions such as ad mad, fruit carving, quiz, stress interview, wealth out of waste, fashion show and poster making. Various food entrepreneurs would put up their stalls for sale. There would be stalls displaying new food products developed by the college students. The festival, intended to create awareness on degree courses, including Food Science and Technology, Food Science and Dietetics, Food Science and Engineering, will start at 9 a.m.
