Teenager dies of drowning while fishing

Udupi, July 20, 2012: A teenager who had gone fishing is believed to have died of drowning in Arabian Sea near Kodibengre in Udupi on July 19, Thursday. 

The victim is Nishan (17), the son of Keshav Kotian of Bengre. He had gone fishing with five friends early in the morning. However, when they were pulling in the catch, Nishan lost balance and fell into the sea and a strong wave carried him away. His body has not yet been found. 

Malpe police have registered a case.
