Temporary changes made to traffic movement

Mangalore, May 12: Temporary changes have been made in the movement of traffic along KS Rao Road and Mahamayi Temple Road owing to concretization activities. 

Vehicles are temporarily forbidden from entering into Hampankatta from Navabharat circle. Vehicle owners are also forbidden from parking their vehicles on either side of KS Rao Road. Vehicles have been stopped from plying along Gaddekeri to Mahamayi Temple Road. Vehicles are also prevented from plying toward Car Street from Karnataka Bank. 

Vehicles can enter KS Rao Road only from Hampankatte. Vehicles plying from Mahamayi Temple to Car Street must follow the Dongerkery - New Chitra - Balaji route. Vehicles moving from Car Street to Navabharat Circle must take the VT Road - Karnataka Bank route; and those moving toward Hampankatte from Navabharat must ply along Navabharat - Dongerkery - New Chitra - Balaji - Car Street - Central Market - Clock Tower or the PVS - Bunts Hostel Route.
