Uchila: Uroos celebrations get a start

Mangalore, February 19: The grand Uroos ceremony of the 407 Jumma Masjid at Someshwara, Uchila, began on Thursday, 18th February.
 

Al-Haj Assayyad Zainul Abideen Tangal Kajoor inaugurated the 11 day event with prayers.
 

Addressing the gathering Al-Haj U.M. Abdurrahman Musliyar, Kasargod District Secretary of Samastha Kerala Jamee’atul Ulama called people to lead a life of peace and harmony.
 

Hundreds of devotees from Kerala as well as Karnataka are participating.
 

A mass harmony meet would be held on February 21 at 6.00pm at the Masjid premises.
