Udupi region to face ’power shutdown’ Apr 11, tomorrow

Udupi, Apr 10, 2017: Power supply will be affected in parts of Udupi district on April 11,  Tuesday with Mescom taking up emergency maintenance works.

There will be no power supply between 8.30 a.m. and 4 p.m. The affected areas are: Hebri, Shivapura, Khajane, Mudradi, Varanga, Muniyal, Kabbinale, Seethanadi, Someshwara, Nadpal, Madamakki, Kalthur, Karje, Kurpadi and surrounding areas.

On the same day, power supply will be affected between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. in areas fed by Nittur sub-station.

The areas affected include Malep, Malpe harbour, Kallianapura, Ambagilu-Puttur, Santhekatte, Hoode, Ambalpadi, Bannanje.
