Mangalore, Nov 9: The temporary ration card holders of Permannur and Ullal will be given permanent ration cards from Nov 16 - 20 at the Ullal Town office during municipality working hours. 

People associated with 15 fair price stores in the areas under Ullal and Permannur Gram Panchayts can get their old ration cards exchanged with permanent ration cards during these days.
