Mangalore, Jan 28, 2014: The PG Department of Food Science and Technology of St Aloysius College (Autonomous), will conduct a day’s workshop on Italian cuisine on January 30, 2014. The workshop features a diverse range of fresh and colourful food items from Italy which are combined in simple ways to preserve the identity of the ingredients.
The resource persons for the workshop are Alberto Pesani, Silvana Rizzi and Franca Cornelli from Milan, Italy. They will also demonstrate the making of pastas, lasagne and baking cake. The workshop is organised with a view to get a taste of unique cuisine of other countries to local students, according to a press release.
