State minister of fisheries to visit Udupi

Udupi, April 9: State Minister for Fisheries, Science, and Technology Anand Asnotikar will be in Udupi on an official visit on April 9 - 10. 

He will arrive at Udupi at 3 p.m., after which he will attend a public meeting. He will then visit the Malpe Fishing Port and Udupi Fishing Port. He will also listen to the grievances of fishermen and will conduct an inspection with the Fisheries Board officials. 

On April 10, the minister will attend a women’s self-employment program organized by the District Fish Marketing Corporation and present cheques to the women.
