Mangalore, April 12: The Mangalore Catholic Centre of the Parish (MCCP) will organize the preliminary rounds of “Gulf Voice of Mangalore,” a mega talent hunt show for the Konkani speaking community of Mangalore, which works in the Middle East, on April 30, Friday at the main parish hall of Sts. Peter and Paul Church of Ruwi.
MCCP office bearers have officially announced that the talent show will commence at 12 noon with separate categories for men and women.
Any Konkani-speaking singer of Mangalore is welcome to participate in the Gulf Voice of Mangalore. However, they should hold a residence visa of the Sultanate of Oman and should be born on or before Oct 15, 1992.
MCCP will also organize a singing competition for the children of the members of MCCP on the same day. There will be six categories based on the age of the children and separate categories for boys and girls.
