SRS activists protest against doctor’s negligence

Mangalore, April 26: Shri Rama Sene (SRS) activists staged a protest in front of the Deputy Commissioner’s office against a lady doctor, whose alleged negligence caused the death of a woman on April 26, Monday.  

 

The lady doctor accused of negligence is Dr. Poornima J Nayar from Lady Goschen Hospital. A woman who was under her care died while giving birth to a baby. The deceased is Mallika of Kaikamba. 

The SRS activists said that the doctor has been involved in several such cases of negligence in the past. They demanded the immediate removal of the doctor from Lady Goshchen Hospital.
