Sarg Sonsar by Mario and friends will be released May 12

Managlore, May 6: Mario Monteiro, a final year engineering student at Nitte, and his companions have produced a Konkani music album called “Sarg Sonsar.” The album comprises a combination of hymns as well as songs on family relationships. 

Presented by "Dei Gratia," this album will be released at Valencia on May 12, Wednesday. Fr. Bonaventure Nazareth, the parish priest of Valencia; Walter Nandalike, the editor-in-chief of Daijiworld.com; and Fr. Maxim Rosario will be the guest of honor. 

Jean Braggs, Flavia Sequeira, Alreen Lobo, Mario D’Cunha, Vinola Sequiera, Mureiel Mascarenhas, Evangeline Lobo, Valen Sequeira, and Glen Mathaias are the vocalists. Lovejoy Pinto and Ryner Menezes have accompanied the singers on guitar, while Mario Monteiro has played the keyboard.
