Siraj’s body was one among the unidentified 22 bodies, which were charred in Saturday’s air crash at Bajpe. Out of 22 bodies, DNA test results of 10 charred bodies were sent to Mangalore on Wednesday.

As soon as the families of Navid were informed about the release of DNA test result, they rushed to the KMC hospital, Attavar to claim the body.

After seeing the body they said that, ‘the body shown to us mismatches with Naveed Ibrahims physical attributes. Naveed was 23. But the body they have identified appears to be a man of 40-45 years. Naveed had shaved his beard and moustache. But the body identified has thick moustache, Naved had sent his photograph a few days back before the air crash, they argued.
