6-year-old killed and 19 injured in school bus accident

Udupi, June, 5, 2012 : A 6-year-old boy was killed and 19 school children were injured when a bus plying to Mumbai rammed into a school bus on NH66 near Doopadakatte, Brahmavar at 4:15 p.m. on Monday.

The deceased is Krish V. Bangera, son of Vasanth Bangera of Kodavoor, who was studying in the I Std.

The bus, which was going to Mumbai from Mangalore, rammed into a bus belonging to GM Vidyaniketan Public School, which was just entering the national highway to ply toward Udupi.
