Odiyoor Shree Vividhoddesha Sowhardha Sahakari Ltd to open 6th branch

Mangalore, June 11, 2012 : A. Suresh Rai, president of Odiyoor Shree Vividhoddesha Sowhardha Sahakari Limited, said at a press meet held at Press Club on June 11, Monday that its sixth branch will be inaugurated at Bhaghavathi Complex opposite Capitanio School in Pumpwell on June 13, Wednesday.

He said that Shri Gurudevananda Swamiji will inaugurate the branch at 4:30 p.m.

He also said that the organization, under the leadership of the swamiji, has established several schools, service groups, self-help groups, and women’s development centres ever since its launch on April 24, 2011.

The main office of the organization is located in Odiyoor. It launched branches in Mangalore, BC Road, Puttur, and Vittal during its first year and raked in a profit of Rs. 5.98 lakh, he said.
